Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information St. George Air Repair collects when you use this site, how it is used, and who it is shared with. St. George Air Repair (operated by AuthenitcBrand, LLC) is an independent local guide and referral service — not an HVAC contractor. Reading this page tells you what happens to your information when you call the tracked number or submit the contact form.

Who we are

St. George Air Repair is published by AuthenitcBrand, LLC. This site connects visitors with independent, third-party local HVAC providers serving St. George, Washington City, Santa Clara, Ivins, Hurricane and the surrounding Washington County area. St. George Air Repair is not an HVAC contractor, does not perform heating or air-conditioning work, and does not employ technicians. When you request help through this site, we may connect you with an independent local provider, and that provider may pay us a referral fee for the introduction. See our Terms of Use for the full description of the service.

Information we collect

When you use the lead form, we collect the information you submit — typically your name, phone number, address or service area, and details about the heating or cooling problem you're describing. If you call the phone number displayed on this site, we collect the call and any information you share on that call. We also collect standard site analytics, such as which pages you view, how you arrived at the site, and general device and browser information.

How we use information

We use the information you submit to connect you with an independent local HVAC provider who can respond to your request. We use site analytics internally to understand which pages and guides are useful, fix broken content, and improve how this site works. We do not use the information you submit to perform HVAC work ourselves — St. George Air Repair does not do that work.

How we share information

We share the details you submit through the lead form with the specific independent local provider (or providers) we match you with, so that provider can follow up on your request. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties, and we do not share it with providers outside St. George, Washington City, Santa Clara, Ivins, Hurricane and the surrounding Washington County area who have no reason to contact you. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics data may be used or shared for internal reporting purposes only.

Calls, texts, and consent

As an internal trust and risk standard, St. George Air Repair obtains consent for calls and texts through a specific, standalone checkbox on the lead form — the box is not pre-checked and is not required to submit the form. That checkbox names the operating brand, St. George Air Repair, and the specific consent partner receiving the request, currently the independent local HVAC provider(s) matched to your request. Agreeing to be contacted is never a condition of purchasing any product or service, and it is never a condition of receiving a quote. Message and data rates may apply to text messages, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out of further texts. This checkbox practice is St. George Air Repair's own internal standard, not a description of a specific binding federal rule — general consumer-protection law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act's prior express-written-consent concepts, the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule, and Do-Not-Call / STOP handling requirements, still applies to marketing calls and texts generally, and we aim to operate consistently with those laws.

Call recording

Calls placed to the tracked phone number displayed on this site may be recorded for quality and training purposes. Utah is a one-party-consent state for call recording (Utah Code 77-23a-4), meaning a call may be recorded as long as one party to the call — in this case, St. George Air Repair — consents to the recording. If you are calling from a state with different recording-consent requirements, those requirements may apply to your call instead of or in addition to Utah's.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses standard site cookies and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand traffic and usage patterns. These tools may set cookies or similar technology in your browser. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how some parts of the site function but will not prevent you from calling the phone number listed on this site or submitting the contact form.

Data retention

We retain lead-form submissions and call records for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill the purpose they were collected for — connecting you with a provider, resolving a question about your request, and maintaining internal business records — and then in accordance with our routine data-retention practices. Analytics data is generally retained on the timelines set by the analytics provider (for example, GA4's standard retention settings).

Verifying a provider

St. George Air Repair does not represent that any provider it connects you with is licensed or insured. Before hiring any HVAC provider, we encourage you to independently verify that provider's license through the Utah Division of Professional Licensing (DOPL) public license lookup.

Your choices and how to reach us

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by reaching out through the contact page. We'll respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable time. If you have questions about this policy, use the same contact page or call (435) 000-0000.
